Kayli likes to be my helper and keep Caiden entertained in the car, well unless he is screaming then she tells me “Mom Im done with him”. Tonight they were cracking me up with this little conversation that was repeated about 20 times with Kayli laughing her head off every time Caiden would say “bine”! I just LOVE these kids!!
Kayli “Caiden are you OK?”
Caiden “Im Bine (fine)”
Kayli “Caiden are you fine?”
Caiden “Yes Kayli Im bine”
I finally sat down and got almost all caught up! My camera died in May and I am using Sunny’s old camera, but I have been a slacker and havent gotten a memory card for it. So there is space for I think 5 pictures on the camera itself. So I have a whopping 5 pictures for the last month! LAME! Oh and they are still on the camera since I dont have the camera cord from Sunny yet! I think I may just buy a new camera as a little “treat”. It may just be easier that way and Im sad to be missing out on pictures! Anyhow lots of reading to do to get caught up with the happenings around here…at least through the middle of May! I know, I know its almost July…Im working on it!
No Star Wars party is complete without Jedi Training! Ali and my Mom sewed up a robe for everyone at the party and Ali found these cheap, but cool light sabers online! They were a HIT! The kids got all dressed up and had a Jedi training fight, it was a lot of fun! I didnt get any pictures of the fighting because my camera was acting up…this was actually my cameras last day alive.

TJ’s 6th birthday party included an adult sized water slide. I couldnt believe the way all of his 5 and 6 year old friends ran to the backyard and up the steps and down the slide like it was nothing! The thing was HUGE!
Kayli avoided the slide altogether for a while, and then she climbed up to the top a few times and had to be retrieved. Once the party and craziness (there were 25 kids there) was over she did finally successfully slide down repeatedly for over an hour! Now she thinks that every birthday party should include a water slide like Tj’s!

But NOT down…(Uncle Homey arrived just in time to climb up and bring her down the stairs because she refused to slide down.

Kayli doesnt usually take naps, she never really has taken naps. I guess when she is sick its another story. She even fell asleep with the loud nebulizer motor in her ear and the albuterol steam in her face!
Kayli had her 2nd dance recital in May and it was just as cute as the first one! They learned two new dances since January and it is a lot of fun to watch her perform! I was a little nervous about the recital after she pouted her way through dress rehearsal, but she did GREAT!! I took a video. but my brother-in-law still hasnt uploaded it for me (I borrowed their camera) so Ill post it as soon as he does, because boy is it CUTE!! For now here are some teasers!

Ever since Pete left Kayli asks me at least once a day to take a picture for her Dad!! Ill have to have her help me put them all together in a collage and give them to him at the end of the Summer! We will get ready to go somewhere and be on our way out the door and she stops me to take a picture of her. She is such a sweet girl and I know she misses her Dad soo much! Here is a sampling of my favorites!

Kayli LOVES to paint. Here she and Caiden are in the garage painting paper plates. I think it took me longer to get the paints out, and the table moved into the garage and everything set up, then they actually took to paint, but that is how it goes sometimes.
Caiden got paint on his hands and I told him not to wipe it on his clothes so he went with Plan B and C! Thank Goodness for Crayola Non-Toxic paint!
Kayli and all of her Arizona cousins got to go to “TJ’s BIG school” for a carnival! Kayli loved it and cant wait until she is 5 and can go to TJs school! I tried to explain to her that TJ doesnt get to play games and have a carnival everyday at school, but Im not sure she fully grasped that! Boy is she in for a surprise!

It was the first time she got into a bouncer and didnt freak out and cling to the side…peer (cousin) pressure! =)
The kids both got to be part of Sunny and Michael’s wedding and man were they cute! Caiden was even cute as I was carrying him down the aisle since he was upset about something and didnt want to walk. He didnt stand with the rest of the guys either…he wanted to stand with Sunny and once he wandered over to her he ended up on my lap! Kayli was adorable dropping her petals along the way, and kept giving me a thumbs up throughout the ceremony because she was standing still and quiet like I reminded her too. She gives me a thumbs up so Ill give her one back! I hope she NEVER outgrows that! 
Poor Caiden was covered in hives for the second day in a row so he had some pretty miserable moments. I felt bad that he had to be in a suit, but it was a beautiful day and he didnt seem too bothered by it. They both had a ton of fun on the dance floor, and Kayli still talks about it!!
It was a BEAUTIFUL wedding and we are thrilled for Sunny and Michael and look forward to their sealing next year (he was just baptized in January). CONGRATS NEWLYWEDS!
